1. Who we are
Lemini ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Fiveon Group AB, a Swedish limited company (org.nr 559220-9414, VAT SE559220941401), registered seat Gothenburg, Sweden. Contact: john@psymgmt.com. Our registered address is available in the Swedish company register (Bolagsverket). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
Lemini is a film tracking and discovery service: log and rate the films you've seen, write reviews, keep a watchlist, build lists, follow other members, customize a public profile, use the Lemi film finder and take part in the community feed. We may change or discontinue features over time; material reductions to paid features are covered in section 7.
3. Your account and age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Under the Swedish implementation of GDPR, 13 is the age of digital consent in Sweden; if you are under 13 you may not use the Service. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have your guardian's permission where required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
4. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the reviews, lists, tags and profile content you post. You grant Fiveon Group AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, back up and display that content solely to operate and promote the Service, for as long as you keep it posted. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups held for a limited period and for content that other members have re-shared within the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to what you post.
5. Acceptable use and moderation (DSA)
- No harassment, threats or bullying.
- No content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- No illegal content, no spam, no malware.
- Absolutely no content sexualising minors.
- No scraping, brute-forcing or other abuse of the Service or its APIs.
Under the EU Digital Services Act, you can report illegal or infringing content to us through the in-app report function or by email to john@psymgmt.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Where we act against your content or account, we will — where legally required — provide a statement of reasons and information about how to contest the decision. Our single point of contact for authorities and users under the DSA is john@psymgmt.com.
6. Film metadata and third-party IP
Posters, titles, descriptions and trailers come from TMDB and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Lemini uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Trailer playback is provided via YouTube and is subject to YouTube's terms of service.
7. Subscriptions (Lemonade / Lemonade Stand) and AI recommendations
When paid tiers are live, prices are shown including VAT where applicable and the subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company) acting as merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment data and applicable VAT/sales tax on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account drops to the free tier. We do not give partial refunds for the current period except where required by law (see section 8 on the 14-day right of withdrawal). If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription and it will renew as normal. For how payment data is handled, see the Privacy Policy — Payment data section.
AI recommendations (when available) are provided as helpful suggestions to guide your watching. They may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally suggest films you don't enjoy — treat them as a starting point, not a verdict. To keep the feature sustainable and prevent abuse, usage is subject to fair-use limits: a bounded number of fresh generations per day and per month. Cached picks are served for free and do not count against the cap. If we ever change these limits materially, we'll say so in-app.
8. Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription under the Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59), counted from the day the agreement is entered. Because Lemini is an ongoing digital service, we do not ask you to waive this right. If you start using a paid tier immediately (which you can) and then withdraw within 14 days, your subscription is cancelled and we refund what you paid, minus a proportional amount for the part of the period you already had access to.
Withdrawal refunds are prorated for the access already provided. We may decline new subscriptions from accounts that repeatedly subscribe and withdraw, as this falls outside the good-faith purpose of the withdrawal right.
To withdraw, use the cancel/withdrawal option in settings or email john@psymgmt.com; we'll confirm receipt in a durable form without delay. We will provide the standard withdrawal information and a one-click withdrawal function at checkout as required.
9. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We'll give you clear advance notice at least 30 days before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice. If you don't accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
10. Your statutory rights and our service promise
We work hard to keep the Service available and functional, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Swedish law — including the Consumer Sales Act and the rules on digital content and digital services (Konsumentköplagen). Those rights always apply, regardless of anything written here.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, or to your mandatory consumer rights — none of which can be excluded under Swedish law.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law, with notice and a statement of reasons where required (see section 5). On deletion we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll announce material changes in-app in advance. For subscribers, material changes to paid terms take effect no earlier than the next billing period, and you may cancel if you disagree.
14. Disputes, ARN and ODR
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at john@psymgmt.com. If we can't resolve it, as a Swedish consumer you can refer the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (arn.se), and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We follow ARN's recommendations where applicable.
15. Governing law
Swedish law governs these Terms. Disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rules or your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where EU law gives you that right.
